Our mission is to foster a positive working relationship among Latino-focused agencies, Latino individuals, and other organizations, groups, and individuals that serve Latinos in the Northwest Ohio area.
The mission includes but is not limited to, improving Limited English Proficiency services, organization/promotion of Latino cultural events, and advocacy for placement of Latinos and Latinas in leadership positions throughout Northwest Ohio.
In doing so, the Latino Alliance aims to improve the social welfare of the Northwest Ohio community.

Aleiah Jones, President
The University of Toledo
Aleiah Jones is the associate director of the Office of Multicultural Student Success and an adjunct instructor at The University of Toledo. She serves on the boards of other local organizations including: Nueva Esperanza Community Credit Union and UToledo’s Latino Alumni Affiliate. Watching Netflix and spending time with her husband, Justin, are her favorite pastimes.

Toledo Lucas County Public Library
Teresa is a librarian and technology instructor for the Toledo Lucas County Public Library and joined the Alliance in 2019. Teresa enjoys reading and spending time with her family and pets, including three cats and two dogs. She also enjoys spending time at the Toledo Metroparks and Art Museum.
Robert Kasprzak, Secretary
Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Lucas County
Mr. Kasprzak is the Manager of Community Engagement for the Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Lucas County. He has been at the Board for more than 15 years serving in several departments including Prevention and Training and Development. He has trained more than 1,040 law enforcement officers on Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) skills since 2009; conducted more than 50 Mental Health First Aid trainings since 2014; and has trained more than 600 people on ALICE (active shooter response) techniques beginning in 2015. Mr. Kasprzak is also a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (CISM) and the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA). Prior to the Board he managed a four-year federal grant for the prevention of methamphetamine and inhalant abuse in six counties in northwest Ohio. Mr. Kasprzak is a graduate of the University of Toledo.
